I've spent 11 years designing for some of the most complex domains in the industry — financial systems, enterprise software, automotive logistics. What I've learned is that the best design decisions aren't made at the whiteboard. They're made closest to the user as possible — through direct research when access allows, and through stakeholders, subject matter experts, and proxy data when it doesn't.
I think at the system level — not just the screen. Because a well-designed interface inside a broken system is still a broken experience

Project: Loan Origination System (LOS)
- I automated the workflows of a Loan Origination System (LOS) by integrating it with third-party applications and automating the reading of files received from various sources and removing the manual processes.
- I began this project by conducting expert reviews and comprehensive usability evaluations to assess design effectiveness at both the feature level and across the entire product. Through thorough primary and secondary research I identified 35+ manual processes causing user frustration and delays in total turn around time (TAT) of each loan application. I automated 6+ processes, which reduced manual work by 50% for key user groups and increased overall efficiency by 70%. I also developed human-centred designs, creating user personas, optimising task flows, and refining the information architecture to enhance the user experience.
